Overview
The Dansensor® MAP Mix Provectus® gas blending system provides a smarter way to mix MAP gas. Relying on an innovative mixing principle, the Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus provides advanced reliability and sets new standards for user-friendliness, compared to similar products on the market. It constantly notifies operators with vital information such as the current gas flow, total gas consumption and actual MAP gas mix.
Additional benefits with the Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus:
- Full integration with Dansensor® MAP Check 3
- Options for mixing 2-3 gases, including O2, N2, CO2, and Ar
- Data logging of gas consumption, date, time and gas mix
Gas Mixers:
The Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus is a part of a product family of gas mixing equipment. The other products in the series are:
- Dansensor® MAP Mix 9001
The high versatility of the Dansensor MAP Mix 9001 can be attributed to the new gas mixing principle, which makes this mixing equipment for MAP gas suitable for all types of packaging machines. The Dansensor MAP Mix 9001 can be used for mixing either 2 or 3 gases of oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and argon. - Dansensor® Buffer Tank
The performance of the Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus can be improved using the Buffer Tank. It requires no maintenance and has a storage capacity of 15 liters. The Buffer tank is highly flexible and can be used for mixing N2, CO2, O2, and Ar. In addition, it can be applied for both vertical and horizontal use.
