Hiranuma Titrator Training

Date: 26th to 29th August 2019
Venue: Techcomp Application Laboratory, Beijing, China

Calia Technology has attended 4 days (26th to 29th August 2019) Sales and Service Training for Hiranuma Titrators at Techcomp Application Laboratory, located in Beijing. The training was led by Mr. Kazuya Hiranuma and Mr Hirai from Hiranuma Japan. The scope of training includes fundamental knowledge of titration, setting up of auto-titrator, basic maintenance and troubleshooting. The purpose of this training is to ensure Calia Technology is fully competent to provide the best service to the local customers. This would also ensure the user of Hiranuma Titrator in Malaysia can have a long-lasting instrument.

Hunterlab Instruments Advanced Service and Calibration Training

Date: 25th to 28th March 2019
Venue: Hunterlab Regional Office, New Territories Hong Kong

Calia Technology has attended 4 days advanced service and calibration training in Hunterlab’s Laboratory located in Hong Kong. It was conducted by Nicolus Cheng, the lead Service Engineer of Hunterlab Regional Office. Scope of training includes advanced service, calibration training, verification training as well as the EZMQC (EZ Match QC) Software interpretation which is used for the Hunterlab machine’s operation. This training ensures that our Malaysian customers will enjoy the best service. This would also ensure that the Hunterlab user will have a long-lasting instrument and a well-maintained accurate instrument.

Ametek Mocon Technical Service Training

Date: 9th to 13th July 2018
Venue: CT&T Centre, Hemetek, Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Calia Technology has attended 5 days technical service training in CT&T Centre, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. It was held by the Hemetek Techno Instruments Pvt Ltd in their calibration, testing and the training centre. Scope of training includes servicing, calibration as well as troubleshooting of WVTR (water vapour transmission rate) machines as well as OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate) machines. This training from Mocon’s centre of excellence will ensure that Malaysia’s Mocon customer can have the best service available for them which will give them the best user experience.
