With its upgraded heater, the Vapor Pro® XL offers exceptional accuracy and precise control across a wide range of testing temperatures, including high-temperature testing up to 300°C. It can detect as little as 10 micrograms (0.00001g) of water, making it sensitive enough to determine moisture levels as low as 10 ppm—ideal for industries where precision is critical.
Designed for flexibility, it supports multiple vial sizes (from 2R to 60R) and protects hygroscopic samples from ambient air exposure. Stepped temperature testing simplifies method development, while customizable ending criteria allow you to fine-tune results for specific applications.
The large color LCD touchscreen and intuitive interface make operation straightforward, requiring minimal training and reducing operator error. With no need for chemical reagents, costly glassware, or hazardous waste disposal, it provides a safer, faster, and more economical alternative to Karl Fischer titration—while still correlating closely with its results.
