Description
Overview
Measure seal strength and package integrity with the Dansensor® Lippke® 5000. Perform burst, leak, creep, creep to fail and bubble tests from one instrument – or try the combined test option to conduct a simultaneous leak, creep and burst test on a single package. It is ideal for testing rigid, semi rigid and flexible packaging, as well as porous and laminated foils for the food, pharma and medical industries.
With an extensive array of features, test options and accessories, it meets applicable ISO and ASTM standards. In addition, the instrument features individual logins and different user levels to ensure the data security and traceability required by healthcare and pharmaceutical customers.
The leak test systems provide manufacturers with an idea of how well packages resist pressure. Measuring seal strength and carrying out pressure leak tests are important prerequisites to delivering strong and lasting packaging that have a low risk of bursting under pressure.
Leak detectors:
The Dansensor® Lippke® 5000 is one in a series of leak detectors we offer. Each of the leak detectors in the product family are based on an acknowledged pressure leak and seal strength test method which provide manufacturers with unique opportunities for measuring seal strength and conducting pressure leak tests as part of the Quality Control process:
- Dansensor® LeakPointer® 3 and Dansensor® LeakPointer® 3+
Prolonged shelf-life requires for the package to be intact. Especially in the food industry where freshness and appearance are essential. Dansensor LeakPointer 3 and Dansensor LeakPointer 3+ are approved for the food industry and are capable of detecting leak sizes down to 50 micron(µm). This helps manufacturers minimize the number of unwanted returns. - Dansensor® LeakMatic ll
Users of Dansensor LeakMatic ll can enjoy the benefits from non-destructive in-line leak testing, e.g. waste reductions and fewer unwanted returns of MAP products. The off-line Dansensor LeakMatic ll is applied by manufacturers to make sure that no products with undetected leaks are sent to the retailers. This is an important part of working with quality control. - Dansensor® Lippke® VC1400
Dansensor Lippke VC1400 provides reliable seal strength and pressure leak testing of many types of packaging. It can be used for quality control checks, R&D package testing and process optimization on the packaging line.
