Return and refund policy
Although we do not usually take returns, at Calia Technology, we are committed to providing high-quality measurement equipment and systems. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and certificates (if applicable).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Calia Technology.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products and services are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or special-order equipment
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Calibration services or installation services
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Equipment showing signs of use or installation
- Items not in original condition, with damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- If rejected, we will return the item to you with an explanation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank as processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Discounted or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same model:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, ship it to:

- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value equipment, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Calia Technology is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
