- Sulfur content analysis during fuel production and blending
- Wear metals (Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Ag, Cd, Pb, Sn) analysis of lubricants for optimizing and adapting production processes in accordance with ASTM D7751, ASTM D6481 and ASTM D5059.
- Determination of low levels of chlorine for optimal desalting and corrosion control.

The X-Lab 900 EDXRF Spectrometer is effectively managed through the use of the Oil-XRAY Analyzer software. The software’s user-friendly design enables even first-time users to operate it seamlessly. Moreover, the Oil-XRAY Analyzer is compatible with operating on Windows 10, offering users a convenient and intuitive interface for easy operation.
The main menu includes the Operation Bar, Spectrum Bar, Instrument Condition, as well as the Test Result Bar.
Operators have the ability to select the desired element from the periodic table.
The spectrum result is displayed immediately after measurement.
The data results can be stored in the instrument’s memory and recalled when the operator needs to analyze and print the data.
